He has served in many executive roles over his career and has a clear vision for the Foundation’s future—focused on supporting families affected by Alzheimer’s and related conditions.
Board-certified physician with a focus in general surgery, Dr. Shaefer earned her medical degree from Ross University and completed her clinical training at Augusta University. She has extensive experience in both surgical procedures and medical research. Her dedication to patient care and advocacy makes her a vital asset to the foundation.
Physician Assistant with a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Augusta University, Kolyse has worked extensively in clinical settings. She brings hands-on experience in patient care and a deep understanding of the healthcare system.
Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in orthopedic medicine, Michael is passionate about helping patients and their families. His clinical expertise and leadership enhance the foundation’s ability to support families facing Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnoses.
